We are thrilled to offer a three-day adaptive sailing camp this summer!
This camp is geared toward providing additional support for those participants with varying disabilities and sensory needs. The program will be led by our team of US Sailing certified instructors who will help provide a safe and engaging environment for campers to develop their sailing skills. Campers will set sail upon CSNO’s fleet of 20-foot keelboats, where they can learn the concepts behind sailing while promoting skills in communication, decision making, and teamwork. CSNO’s fleet of keelboats are designed to be stable and comfortable learning platforms that can best accommodate our campers.
What: A three-day sailing camp for participants ages 8 – 13 with learning differences. This clinic will teach the basics of sailing including vocabulary, seamanship, and navigation.
When: Monday, June 16 – Wednesday, June 18. Campers may choose between a morning session from 9 – 12 and an afternoon session from 1 – 4.
